Second Sunday Reading at Bend Public Library

Ellen Waterston will be reading an excerpt from her nonfiction manuscript titled High Centered, The Oregon Desert Trail as National Metaphor, to be published by University of Washington Press in 2020. The excerpt she will be reading from in the book is also included in an anthology titled Edge of Awe, Experiences of the Malheur-Steens Country edited by Alan Contreras, with a foreword by William Kittredge and illustrations by the late Ursula K. LeGuin. It will be released by OSU Press spring 2019.
